OUR STORY

From our start in 1968 as a mason contractor followed by our subsequent growth into commercial general contracting in 1979, we have provided quality construction to many businesses, schools, worship facilities and institutions throughout the upstate New York area.

As a full service general contractor we are capable of providing pre-construction services (budgets, estimates, value engineering) as well as design/build services for those looking for a single source contact. With Design/Build we will take responsibility for the overall project including design, cost, scheduling and, of course, quality. By working with you from the initial design, we are able to improve the overall cost structure, schedule and design of your project.

CONSTRUCTION

In the construction realm, we provide comprehensive project supervision, conduct efficient project meetings, and maintain a reliable project schedule. Safety is a priority, managed through a robust Safety Program. We streamline processes by handling submittals and Shop Drawings, and our emphasis on Quality Control includes thorough testing and inspections. Our expertise also extends to Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, blending innovation with efficiency.

PROJECT CLOSEOUT AND WARRANTY

As projects conclude, our Project Closeout and Warranty services ensure a seamless transition. Final inspections and the Certificate of Occupancy mark readiness. We oversee system startup, provide training, and furnish Operations and Maintenance Manuals for future reference. Precise As-Built Drawings and comprehensive warranties guarantee lasting performance, demonstrating our commitment to your project's success.
